E-Mail Marketing

Our in house mass mailing engine can help you handle your email marketing needs with ease. The Greenlemon Mass mailing engine offers you the following functionalities:

User Management
Newsletter Management
Broadcasting

User Management

The targeted users of the system are managed by adding them to specific lists. To have perfect control, the following features are made available.

• List creation
• List view
• Adding/ removing users from the list (same user can be added to multiple lists)
• View list members and member count
• Remove unwanted lists
• Import users from CSV files with predefined data structure (CSV files are generated from MS Excel)
• Import format check for E mail Ids
• Email Ids not confirming will not be imported
• List of rejected mail Ids made available to the administrator

Newsletter Management

This section controls the e mail content that will be broadcasted through the system. This section will have the following features,

• Create newsletter by giving subject, description and content (Content can be HTML)
• View all newsletters
• View/edit/delete newsletter

Broadcasting

This section is used to propagate the e mailer to the chosen target e mail Ids. Administrator can choose the newsletter to be sent and the list of user to be used as target. The broadcasting process can be done either in manual mode or in Auto mode.
